Together We Can Create Ripples of Change

Each shift you make in our work together will ripple out into your family, your relationships, and your greater community. The positive effects are exponential.

I am a Depth Psychotherapist, Credentialed Art Therapist, & Global Coach. My style of working with people invites reflection, creative exploration, and cleansing. We may begin at the surface, discovering how your emotions and actions mirrors back your own perception of the world. As we develop trust, we'll begin to work with a variety of techniques to dive deeper into your experience and begin to reshape old patterns.

I invite you and your companions (which may include a partner, family members, your feelings, symptoms, or challenges) to gently push the boundaries of your comfort zone towards growth and be my guests in reflecting on your past, embracing the present, and re-imagining your future.

On a personal note...

Outside my role as a psychotherapist and global coach, I am an adjunct professor in two graduate school psychology programs, a mom, and a musician.

People describe me as quirky, eclectic, warm, passionate and compassionate (and I will agree :) In addition to my passion for helping people live their truth, appreciate their own worth, and navigate life’s adventures according to their soul’s compass, I am passionate about living out my own personal adventures as well, traveling and exploring nature and different cultures, researching ancestry, and engaging in creative and spiritual practices. I often work online remotely from various destinations, honoring my own gypsy soul.
